All items are shipped from the UK and may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties. Maison Du Portièr provides all delivery partners with all the required shipping information upon dispatch. Any additional duties or taxes will be calculated by the delivery partners and payment will be taken at the time of delivery.

Maison Du Portièr is not liable for delays in orders because of custom clearance issues at destination.

Processing Time

All items are shipped via our trusted delivery partners depending on your location. For UK shipments we offer Next Working Day delivery. Items shipping anywhere else in the world will arrive in 7-10 working days, subject to any required customs clearance.

Delivery Exceptions

Local regulations may also prohibit import of items made with exotic materials.

Payments

All our transactions are in GBP. Payments are to be made via bank transfer only. Please note that items will not be secured until proof of payment has been received for the item.
